* Job description
- Receive and check documents on the import and export customs declaration (sea & air)
- Look up the HS code to apply the tax code on the documents: Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing list and send to the customer to confirm the declaration and tax amount.
- Implement declaration activities on customs software VNACCS/VCIS
- Customs declaration for all types (Customs declaration of manufactured and exported goods, Customs declaration of processed goods, import and export business, customs declaration of commercial goods, customs declaration of non-commercial goods, goods in transit .. ), tax calculation, liquidity.
- Receive feedback, transmit data to customs.
- Make an advance for the cost of goods. Gather documents to complete.
- Apply for C/O, specialized licenses at the request of customers.
- Update information and report to customers the progress of work.
- Support and advise customers to bring the optimal solution.
- Prepare complete documents, assign field staff to do customs procedures.
- Quickly handle problems that arise when field staff report back, within their assigned powers and responsibilities, to avoid affecting the company's reputation and relationships with customers.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about service quality
- Coordinate with Domestic department staff to dispatch trucks and containers and ensure that the delivery and receipt of goods are carried out in accordance with the process after completing customs procedures.

- Age from 25 to 35 (Gender: Male)
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, marketing, commerce, foreign trade, maritime...
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience, with priority given to candidates with customs professional certificates. Can open declarations of all kinds.

- Understanding import-export policies, customs procedures for import and export shipments.
- Good thinking and communication skills.

- Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in foreign languages ​​(English).
