IT staff
* Job description
- Perform the work of the IT department; Maintain and manage server systems, computers, printers, photocopiers, telephone exchange systems, LAN, Internet, Camera systems in the entire company system to operate stably and safely.
- Manage CRM, ERP, Accounting software systems
- Repair, troubleshoot, and troubleshoot information technology problems
- System backup, data storage
- Develop and control security policy
- Plan, regularly check and conduct system maintenance
- Proposing quick and timely repair of damaged machinery to put into use.
- Monitor and manage the operation and usage status of the equipment handed over to employees; Asset management and IT documents
- Regularly update knowledge of the latest software, hardware and viruses from which to offer the best options to use software, hardware, and prevent computer viruses.
- Cooperate and exchange information closely with employees of departments in the Company to support when errors arise during use.
- Strictly comply with the rules and policies of the Company
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Department and the Board of General Directors
- Other reporting and coordination as required.
