* Job description
- Plan, guide, supervise and encourage team members to work effectively and in accordance with the quality policy.
- Regularly work with ocean carriers, air carriers and other transportation services. Understand the market situation, promptly report any changing trends of the market and competitors to the office manager.
- Support, advise, share experiences with colleagues on professional skills to contribute to improving understanding for colleagues.
- Support and advise customers on delivery, logistics, import and export of goods and related services.
- Participating in internal quality assessment, detecting and proposing corrective and preventive measures for current or potential nonconformities of services and work processes. At the same time, always thinking about improving the way of doing business.
- Some other tasks when required and assigned by leadership.
* Eligibility conditions
- Age between 25 and 35
- Graduated from College or University majoring in English, Economics, Marketing, Business (and/or) a professional/professional training course with a training period of more than 12 months.
- Having extensive knowledge of domestic and international freight forwarding industry, knowledge of Foreign Trade Import-Export.
- English TOEIC level (from 600 points or more) or equivalent certificates. Priority if knowing more foreign languages such as Chinese…
- Informatics: Exploiting the Internet, Email, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the field of transportation and freight forwarding.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position or equivalent.
- Good communication skills to be able to create a wide relationship with customers and related partners.
- Good listening skills, good negotiation skills with customers
- Ability to persuade and appease customers.
- Ability to organize work in a scientific and systematic manner.
- Good healthy. Capable of working with high intensity.
- Persistence, carefulness and initiative to complete the job well. Consciously comply with the regulations of the profession.
