Recently, Glotrans Central Region successfully hosted the Year End Party 2025 in a formal, warm, and highly connected atmosphere, with the presence of the Board of Management and all employees from Glotrans Da Nang and Glotrans Quy Nhon offices.
The year 2025 concluded amid significant fluctuations in the logistics market, posing numerous challenges related to competition, costs, and increasingly demanding customer requirements. In this context, with a spirit of unity, proactiveness, and perseverance, the Glotrans Central Region team gradually adapted, maintained stable operations, achieved positive business results, enhanced service execution capabilities, and continued to strengthen the Glotrans brand image across the Central and Central Highlands regions.
One of the most notable highlights of Glotrans Central Region in 2025 was its focus on team building and corporate culture development. Recruitment, training, and cooperation programs with universities and colleges were implemented consistently across both offices, creating a young, capable, and high-potential talent pipeline. In parallel, internal engagement activities, teambuilding programs, and initiatives to improve employees’ material and spiritual well-being continued to receive strong attention. These efforts helped spread the Glotrans culture with the spirit of “One for all – All for one,” fostering a disciplined and professional working environment while remaining close-knit and people-oriented.
At the event, the Board of Management and branch representatives also openly acknowledged existing shortcomings that need to be addressed within Glotrans Central Region. This realistic and constructive assessment serves as an important foundation for strategic adjustments, operational restructuring, and thorough preparation for a solid and sustainable development path in 2026.
✨ Year End Party 2025 was not only a milestone marking a year of dedicated efforts, but also the starting point of a new journey driven by proactiveness, determination, and unity. With people and corporate culture as the core foundation, together with the close support of the Board of Management and all employees, Glotrans Central Region is fully ready to enter 2026 with strong confidence, continuing to affirm its role and make meaningful contributions to the overall growth of the Glotrans system.

In this context, the real question is no longer whether Vietnam should expand air logistics, but how to build capacity in the right architecture—one that scales volumes while strengthening Vietnam’s role in regional supply chains.
In recent years, “logistics digital transformation” has become a familiar buzzword across industry forums. Yet inside many day-to-day operations, the reality remains mixed: different software for different functions, heavy reliance on Excel and phone calls, and data trapped within departmental silos.

Company T (Plaintiff – the Insured) entered into an insurance contract with Company B (Defendant – the Insurer). After the insured event occurred, the Insurer alleged that the Insured had violated its obligation to prevent and mitigate losses. The Arbitral Tribunal acknowledged that such an obligation exists but concluded that the Insured did not breach it.
Under the insurance contract, the premium was to be paid in three installments, and in all three, the insured party was late in payment. When a dispute arose, the insurer (Defendant) argued that the insurance contract had terminated before the insured event occurred due to the late premium payment and therefore refused to make an insurance payout. However, the Arbitral Tribunal held a contrary view.
