GLOTRANS NORTHERN REGION HOSTS YEAR END PARTY 2025

Recently, Glotrans successfully held the Year End Party 2025 for the Northern Region in a formal, warm, and highly connected atmosphere. The event provided an opportunity for the Board of Management and all employees to look back on the company’s journey throughout 2025, review achieved results, and align on development directions and strategic objectives for 2026.

The year 2025 was a challenging period for the logistics industry, marked by constant market fluctuations, increasing competitive pressure, and ever-higher customer expectations. In that context, with a spirit of unity, proactiveness, and flexibility, the Glotrans Northern Region team gradually adapted, maintained stable operations, and achieved many positive results. Business performance improved, service quality continued to be enhanced, and the Glotrans brand reputation and image were further strengthened in the eyes of both domestic and international customers and partners.

At the event, the Board of Management shared an overall assessment of the company’s performance in 2025, candidly acknowledging both the achievements and areas requiring further improvement. At the same time, the leadership expressed sincere appreciation to all employees—the core contributors whose sense of responsibility, perseverance, and professionalism have built a solid foundation for Glotrans’ overall development.

One of the key highlights of the program was the announcement of seven strategic objectives for 2026, clearly demonstrating Glotrans’ determination to innovate, enhance competitiveness, and move toward sustainable growth. These objectives not only serve as guiding principles for operations in the coming year but also represent concrete steps toward realizing Glotrans’ long-term vision in the next phase of development.

In addition to the year-end review and strategic orientation, Year End Party 2025 also fostered team bonding through networking activities, minigames, and meaningful moments of sharing. These are the internal cultural values that Glotrans consistently preserves and promotes—an essential foundation for stable and long-term corporate growth.

Concluding the Year End Party 2025, Glotrans Northern Region enters 2026 with a proactive mindset, strong determination, and a unified spirit. With clear direction and the collective efforts of all employees, Glotrans is confident in continuing to conquer new goals, reinforce its position, and achieve increasingly sustainable development in the time ahead.
