GLOTRANS PARTICIPATES IN INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION TILOG LOGISTICS 2015 IN BANGKOK, THAILAND

In order to raise awareness of businesses, strengthen relationships as well as promote cooperation negotiations in the field of logistics industry between Southeast Asian countries, strengthen supply chains and expand business networks Logistics, International Trade Promotion Department, Ministry of Trade of Thailand (DITP) and Reed Tradex Company, the leading exhibition organizer in Southeast Asia, jointly organized the exhibition TILOG-LOGISTIX 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand. Thailand from September 2 to September 4, 2015. This is the most comprehensive exhibition on logistics service supply, intralogistics technology and ASEAN solutions.

With the theme "Connecting the ASEAN+6 logistics community", the exhibition attracted 415 global brands introducing advanced technologies from 25 countries such as Singapore, Japan, China, Taiwan, Germany, France, etc. America,… and 9840 guests attended. The exhibition focuses on four major industry sectors: food and beverage, personal care, automotive and electronics. At the exhibition, businesses had the opportunity to attend a series of activities to learn and update information about the strategic direction of logistics in the region such as a seminar on Japan's logistics development experience, a seminar on logistics development in the region. thematic themè trade logistics ASEAN+6 2015 “Connecting the trade logistics community in ASEAN”; ELMA Award (Excellent Logistics Management Award) for outstanding activities in the field of logistics management; exhibiting innovative technology “smart supply chain” introducing trends in internet-based logistics management and automation technology to ensure accurate uptime and no errors; Live demonstration and forklift experience.

With the desire to integrate, catch up with trends as well as new knowledge and establish cooperation relationship in logistics activities, Glotrans sent a delegation including Director of Ho Chi Minh Branch and Head of System Development Department. system of participating in exhibitions and meeting, developing partners for agents in Thailand in particular and in the ASEAN +6 region in general.

Besides visiting the exhibition booths and working with businesses at the Exhibition, the Glotrans delegation had the opportunity to participate in the Workshop "Connecting the trade logistics community in ASEAN" to add more experience, knowledge of logistics directions and strategies in the ASEAN region.

At the seminar, representatives of the logistics industry of ASEAN+6 countries presented about the current situation and development trends of their countries' logistics industry, including Indonesia, China, Korea, Malaysia, Cambodia, Australia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar. Through the exchange and discussion of the speakers, it can be seen that Vietnam's logistics market has recently been relatively developed and has become one of the potential markets of other countries. This gives us confidence in developing the ASEAN market in the future.
