Glotrans Vietnam "Gives It Their All" at Cat Ba Team Building 2025
With the inspiring message “WE ARE ONE,” Glotrans Vietnam held its annual Team Building event on Cat Ba Island from May 10th to May 11th, 2025. More than just an internal activity, this event was a powerful affirmation of unity, a vibrant corporate culture, and an inspiring working environment at Glotrans Vietnam.
Right from the very first moments of the journey, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and connection among every participant. Thanks to meticulous planning and professional organization, the event offered a meaningful series of activities that seamlessly combined relaxation, experience, and team bonding in a natural and emotional way.
On the afternoon of May 10th, Cat Ba beach came alive with exciting outdoor Team Building activities. Fun team games and thrilling challenges encouraged participants to unleash their collaboration, creativity, and full enthusiasm for a shared goal. It was not only a chance to understand each other better, but also a golden opportunity for individuals to shine within a unified team – embodying the true spirit of “WE ARE ONE.”
As the sun set, the cozy and colorful Gala Dinner began. In an elegant yet intimate setting, the team reflected on the journey they had taken, expressed gratitude for silent efforts, and fully enjoyed the night with delightful in-house performances full of surprises. Smiles, handshakes, and rounds of applause were a testament to the unity and closeness of the Glotrans family.
The following morning, the group continued to explore the poetic beauty of Lan Ha Bay – one of Vietnam’s hidden tourism gems. From scenic boat tours, kayaking adventures, to discovering the rustic charm of local fishing villages, every activity fostered a deeper connection and spirit of companionship among team members.
As the 2-day-1-night journey came to a close, each Glotrans member brought home not only unforgettable memories, but also a sense of pride in being part of a professional, human-centered, and inspiring workplace.
This event once again reaffirmed that Glotrans is not just a workplace, but a second home – where like-minded individuals come together with shared ambitions and aspirations for the future.
Glotrans Vietnam sincerely thanks the Management Board, the Organizing Committee, and all employees for creating such a wonderful journey – where the spirit of “WE ARE ONE” was not only demonstrated, but also spread more powerfully than ever before.
Air logistics is entering a new cycle. International demand is rising fast, shippers are prioritizing speed and reliability, and exporters face tighter scrutiny on documentation and origin. In this context, the real question is no longer whether Vietnam should expand air logistics, but how to build capacity in the right architecture—one that scales volumes while strengthening Vietnam’s role in regional supply chains.
In recent years, “logistics digital transformation” has become a familiar buzzword across industry forums. Yet inside many day-to-day operations, the reality remains mixed: different software for different functions, heavy reliance on Excel and phone calls, and data trapped within departmental silos.
After a challenging period characterized by global market volatility, Vietnam’s paper industry is entering a new recovery cycle with optimistic signals.

Company T (Plaintiff – the Insured) entered into an insurance contract with Company B (Defendant – the Insurer). After the insured event occurred, the Insurer alleged that the Insured had violated its obligation to prevent and mitigate losses. The Arbitral Tribunal acknowledged that such an obligation exists but concluded that the Insured did not breach it.
Under the insurance contract, the premium was to be paid in three installments, and in all three, the insured party was late in payment. When a dispute arose, the insurer (Defendant) argued that the insurance contract had terminated before the insured event occurred due to the late premium payment and therefore refused to make an insurance payout. However, the Arbitral Tribunal held a contrary view.
