ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF 281 REPUTABLE EXPORT ENTERPRISES IN 2021

Based on the proposal of ministries, branches, industry associations, provincial and municipal Departments of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has selected 281 enterprises (equivalent to 289 turns of enterprises in 27 categories) to export prestige. 

Implementing Document No. 2840/BCT-XNK dated May 26, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the selection of prestigious export enterprises in 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has coordinated with ministries, branches, industry associations, Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally-run cities and relevant agencies select, summarize and post the pre-qualification list of "reputable exporters" in 2021 on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to consult public opinion.

The list of reputable exporters is compiled and announced on the basis of selection and recommendations of relevant agencies, selected on the basis of criteria prescribed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on export turnover. At least, about business reputation for foreign customers, about fulfilling obligations to the State in the field of customs, tax, environment...

This is a necessary activity to support Vietnamese businesses to boost exports and expand markets, especially since Vietnam has joined a series of bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements.

After a period of posting the prequalification list, receiving feedback, on December 02, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2615/QD-BCT approving the list of "reputable export enterprises" in 2021.

Based on the proposal of 54 agencies and organizations (including ministries, branches, industry associations, provincial and municipal Departments of Industry and Trade), the Ministry of Industry and Trade has selected 281 enterprises (equivalent to 289 turns of enterprises in 27 categories).

In which, in the coffee sector, there are 13 enterprises such as Nestlé Vietnam, Minh Tien Group Joint Stock Company, Dakman Vietnam... 26 rubber enterprises, such as Thuan Loi Rubber, Da Nang rubber, Southern rubber, etc. Hiep Thanh rubber… tea of all kinds including 9 enterprises: Asia Tea, SSOE Phu Tho tea, Bien Ho tea… 46 seafood enterprises: Minh Phu, Vinh Hoan, Soc Trang, Cases… 25 rice enterprises: Food In the North, Star Rice, Loc Troi... cashew nuts include 12 businesses, pepper 13 businesses, 16 fruit and vegetable businesses, 3 dairy businesses (Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, Frieslandcampina Vietnam, TH), 4 businesses handicraft enterprises, 32 textile enterprises…

The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that Decision No. 2615/QD-BCT dated December 2, 2022 and the official list of "reputable exporters" in 2021 are being posted on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (www. .moit.gov.vn) and websites of some relevant agencies.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade hopes that reputable Vietnamese exporters will continue to make efforts and promote their achievements in the coming time to affirm their position in the world business community.

The Insured’s Duty to Prevent and Mitigate Losses
