CMA CGM IMPLEMENTS NEW REEFER SURCHARGE FROM USEC AND GULF TO WEST AFRICA

French ocean carrier CMA CGM has announced a new peak season surcharge (PSS) from the United States East Coast (USEC) and Gulf to West Africa.

Effective from 1 November to 31 December, the Marseille-based box line will apply a surcharge of US$400 per refrigerated container.

It is important to note that Nigeria is excepted from the aforementioned peak season surcharge for reefer cargo.
